Viva Education Presents Diwali Bulletin Board Contest 2024

Decorate your bulletin board with a Diwali theme and be in the running for a trophy and certificate.

Contest Details:

Start Date: October 20, 2024
End Date: November 1, 2024

Submission Guidelines:

• Entries must reflect the theme “Diwali: A Celebration of Lights.”
• Bulletin boards should include Diwali-related elements such as diyas, rangoli, traditional artwork, and other festive decorations.
• Ensure that your entry is original and reflects the creativity of your school.
• All entries must be submitted through the official Google Form by November 1, 2024.

Submission Process:

1. Design and create your Diwali-themed bulletin board.
2. Take clear and high-quality photos of your completed bulletin board.
3. Submit your entry via the official Google Form by November 1, 2024.
4. Don’t forget to tag us on social media when you showcase your bulletin board!

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• The contest is open to all schools in India.
•  Each school may submit one entry.

2. Evaluation Criteria:

• Entries will be judged on creativity, presentation, and relevance to the Diwali theme.
• A panel of judges will select the top entries from each region. The judges’ decisions are final and binding.

3. Prizes:

• Trophy and Certificate of Recognition for the Most Creative School in each region (North, South, East, West, and Central)
• Winners will be announced on November 12, 2024.

4. Intellectual Property:

Participants agree that Viva Education may use their ideas and images for promotional purposes. Participants retain ownership of their ideas but grant the organizers the right to use them for future initiatives related to the contest.

5. Disqualification:

Submissions that do not adhere to the theme or violate the guidelines will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted through the official process.

6. Agreement to Terms:

Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Viva Education reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
